Return Period:

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for store credit.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, with original tags, if applicable.

• Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Crystals, candles, incense, herbs and spices

• Books and card decks

How to Return:

• Bring your receipt or proof of purchase to the store.

Store Credit Process:

• Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the returned item(s) and can be used for future purchases within a calendar year.

• Store credit will be processed once we receive the returned item.

Exchanges:

• We will gladly do an even exchange for the same item of a different size or color, free from damage. 

• Item must be unused.

Original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany each item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or store credit.
